House rules

• No smoking indoors.
• No parties.
• Please treat Casa Amanecer as if it were your own home.

Tips for your stay

• Keep the air conditioning between 22 °C and 27 °C.
• Please use water and electricity responsibly.
• Hang towels and damp clothes on the drying rack.
• Let us know about any breakdown or damage.
• There are board games in the wardrobe: enjoy them!

Cancellation policy

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 15 days before arrival.
• If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your stay, no refund will be given.
• You will also get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as arrival is at least 14 days away.

These terms apply to bookings made directly on this website. If you booked through another platform, that platform's policy applies.

Terms of stay

• The pool is open from 1 May to 1 October, from 10 am to 10 pm.
• Parking is free and included in the booking.
• You must state the number of guests in your booking so we can prepare the apartment.
• Casa Amanecer may request a deposit of up to €100, which will be returned at the end of your stay once we have checked that the apartment has been left in perfect condition.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform users of this website and guests of Casa Amanecer of the following.

• Spanish law enforcement agencies and the SES.Hospedajes platform, in compliance with current regulations.
• Technology platforms and providers needed to manage the accommodation, such as Smoobu and digital check-in systems.
